These Supplemental Terms and Conditions for StashAI ("AI Supplemental Terms") supplement the Prop Firm Stash Corp. Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and are incorporated into and form part of the agreement between you and Prop Firm Stash Corp. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
Unless otherwise defined in these AI Supplemental Terms, all capitalized terms used herein have the meanings given in the Terms.
These AI Supplemental Terms include additional terms applicable to your access to and use of generative artificial intelligence features provided through the Prop Firm Stash website, platform, and related subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"), including StashAI chat functionality and related artificial intelligence tools (collectively, the "AI Features").
By accepting these AI Supplemental Terms, or by accessing or using any AI Features, you agree to be bound by these AI Supplemental Terms as part of the Agreement.
These AI Supplemental Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the AI Features. In the event of a conflict between these AI Supplemental Terms and the Terms, these AI Supplemental Terms will control solely with respect to the AI Features.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE AI SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY AI FEATURES.
1. USE OF STASHAI
Your access to and use of the AI Features is subject to compliance with these AI Supplemental Terms, the Terms, and any policies, documentation, or guidelines made available by Prop Firm Stash.
The AI Features are designed to assist users with research, comparison, and educational information related to proprietary trading firms ("prop firms").
2. ORDERS
Access to certain AI Features may require payment or subscription through an order, subscription plan, or billing agreement ("Order").
Each Order is subject to the Terms and these AI Supplemental Terms.
3. FEES
Certain AI Features may require payment of fees.
By accessing paid AI Features, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Platform.
All fees are due according to the billing terms specified on the Platform.
4. INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
The AI Features allow you to submit prompts, questions, data, or other materials ("Inputs") and receive generated responses ("Outputs").
You represent and warrant that:
1. You have the necessary rights to submit any Inputs.
2. Your Inputs do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
3. Your Inputs do not include confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information that you are not authorized to share.
You assume all risks associated with the Inputs you provide.
5. ACCURACY AND VERIFICATION
Artificial intelligence technology may generate Outputs that:
• are incomplete
• contain errors
• contain outdated information
• misinterpret user inputs
Because proprietary trading firm rules, pricing, and policies frequently change, Prop Firm Stash cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any Output.
All Outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
Users are solely responsible for verifying any information directly with the relevant prop firm before making decisions.
6. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
All information generated by StashAI is provided for informational purposes only.
The AI Features do not provide:
• financial advice
• investment advice
• trading advice
• legal advice
• tax advice
• recommendations to purchase or use any specific prop firm
Nothing generated by StashAI should be interpreted as a recommendation or endorsement of any proprietary trading firm.
All decisions regarding trading accounts or prop firm participation are solely the responsibility of the user.
7. OWNERSHIP OF INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
You retain ownership of any Inputs you submit.
You grant Prop Firm Stash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Inputs as necessary to provide and improve the AI Features.
Outputs may not be unique and may be generated for multiple users.
8. OWNERSHIP OF AI FEATURES
All AI Features, software, systems, and technology used by Prop Firm Stash remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
Prop Firm Stash reserves the right to modify or discontinue AI Features at any time.
9. THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS
The AI Features may rely on artificial intelligence models or services provided by third-party providers ("Third-Party AI Providers").
By using the AI Features, you acknowledge that Inputs may be transmitted to such providers for processing.
Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Prop Firm Stash does not control and is not responsible for the operation or accuracy of third-party AI services.
10. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Prop Firm Stash may maintain affiliate relationships with certain proprietary trading firms.
This means the Company may receive compensation if users purchase prop firm products through links provided on the Platform.
These relationships do not constitute endorsements or recommendations.
11. TRAINING AND IMPROVEMENT
Prop Firm Stash may use anonymized Inputs and Outputs to improve platform performance and functionality.
12. DISCLAIMER
ALL AI FEATURES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROP FIRM STASH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the AI Features to:
• generate illegal or harmful content
• scrape or extract platform data
• attempt to reverse engineer the system
• create competing AI tools or services
• impersonate others or generate misleading content
• submit sensitive financial, personal, or confidential data
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
14. USAGE LIMITATIONS
Use of the AI Features may be subject to rate limits.
Example limits may include:
Daily Prompt Limit: 50 prompts per 24 hours
Hourly Burst Limit: 30 prompts per hour
Prop Firm Stash may modify these limits at its discretion.
15. TRADING AND FINANCIAL RISK DISCLOSURE
Trading financial markets carries significant risk.
Participation in proprietary trading firm programs may involve financial risk, including the loss of challenge fees, account purchases, or other related costs.
StashAI does not evaluate the suitability of any prop firm for your individual financial circumstances.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• you are solely responsible for your financial and trading decisions
• Prop Firm Stash does not guarantee profits, payouts, or success with any prop firm
• any losses incurred through trading or prop firm participation are your sole responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop Firm Stash shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages arising from the use of the AI Features.
16. INFORMATION CHANGES AND PLATFORM LIMITATIONS
Rules, pricing, and policies of proprietary trading firms frequently change.
Although Prop Firm Stash attempts to maintain accurate information, the Platform cannot guarantee that all information remains current at all times.
Users must independently verify all prop firm rules, terms, and policies directly with the relevant firm before making any purchasing or trading decisions.
Prop Firm Stash shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, outdated information, or misinterpretations generated by the AI Features.
17. NO RELIANCE
You acknowledge that Outputs generated by StashAI are automated responses produced by artificial intelligence models and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial or purchasing decisions.
You agree to exercise independent judgment and conduct your own research before relying on any information generated by the AI Features.
18. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Prop Firm Stash does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the AI Features.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue StashAI or any portion of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
19. PLATFORM PURPOSE
StashAI is intended to help users better understand prop firm programs and industry terminology.
The Platform is not designed to replace independent research, professional advice, or direct verification with proprietary trading firms.
